Hoffman Clark is a CPA and consulting firm that provides specialized consulting services to clients and counsel in business and intellectual property matters. Unlike traditional public accounting internships, our interns gain hands-on experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, financial advisory, and litigation consulting projects. Interns work directly with experienced professionals on real client engagements rather than focusing solely on audit or tax compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial statements and business records
• Assist with valuation and advisory engagements
• Support forensic accounting and litigation consulting projects
• Research financial, economic, and industry data.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, a dual degree or minor in Finance is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
