Mr. Roseman is the first professional outside the firm’s founding members to be named a partner, representing a significant milestone in Hoffman Clark’s continued evolution and leadership development.

As a Partner, Mr. Roseman brings extensive experience in accounting, valuation, and financial advisory services, with a focus on complex business and intellectual property matters. He plays a key role in Hoffman Clark’s valuation and expert financial advisory practices, providing objective and analytically rigorous guidance to attorneys and business owners. His experience includes the valuation of intellectual property assets such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights, as well as the quantification of economic damages in commercial disputes, including lost profits, unjust enrichment, and loss or diminution of business value.
